Creating Animation For Entrance Floor

                                    

For the entrance floor,i download a png file of a golden arrow online,and try to remove background online,after removing background,i transfer the png file into svg file by using some website online.After that i import the svg file into Blender and apply some animation on it.Actually i want to make it into two arrow but only one working,so i give up on that ideas.

Before doing this animation,i was thinking of adding a video into the entrance floor(so we dont need to make another model for the arrow),but i dont know how to import video or it can be done or not,so at last i go for the more time spending process.
