Embarking on the creation of Hyper Crystal Court's starting page, I drew inspiration from a tutorial encountered on a UI design Instagram page, utilizing Adobe XD. However, during the process,i realised that FIgma have a more user-friendly interface design if compared with Adobe XD.
Comparing Figma and Adobe XD, it became apparent that Figma provided a more intuitive surface for design creation. Notably, Figma allowed for greater flexibility in manipulating shadow effects in various directions, a feature that seemed more constrained or less apparent in Adobe XD.For example,Figma users can add multiple shadow effect on an items but for Adobe XD it only can apply one layer of shadow effect(maybe there are also ways to do it but i just dont know yet)
This experience underscored the importance of exploring different design tools, shedding light on the unique advantages and user-friendly features that platforms like Figma offer. The quest for the optimal design solution within the starting page of Hyper Crystal Court became a testament to the dynamic nature of the design process and the value of adapting to the tools that best serve the creative vision.
Even though i more likely to use Figma,but the project already went through half way,so we have no other options but to keep using Adobe XD(Adobe XD also quite good)
