Interior Design of Tetris-Themed Dreamscape

  Before starting the sketching process,i choose a room that combined living room and also bedroom as i think these places can be the best spaces to reflect those special element inside the Tetris world.At first i start sketching out the ideas i have by Photoshop




After sketching out these ideas,i feel like it didnt show those special characteristic of the Tetris World.Other than that,the perspective isn't niice enough,so i started to plan redraw another artwork that show more details about the world.

     After doing some research and searching for 3D model,i decided to put all those stuff that related to Tetris into Blender.(related stuff like Arcade,Gameboy,Tetirs Logo....)After that, i start putting them together into the spaces.

    Gameboy shape give me an idea that i can make it into a bed in the Tetris-themed bedroom and console can act as a controller for opening/closing window.After i implemented all models into Blender and arrange them well,i start taking some screenshot of different angle so i can choose the best angle to draw my interior drawing.

    After some times spent on choosing captured image,i choose the angle that able to see all the element inside the room and start to draw outline using Photoshop


After outline sketching is done,i start color it and make sure it is colourful enough and similar to the exterior design done previously.I also didnt forgot to put moss,firefly and shadow after the coloring process is done.


During the process of making this artwork,i learnt that angle is a very important element for an artwork.A good angle can show every element in details in a space.And i still have to improve my perspective drawing because if I'm doing good in perspective drawing for the first drawing i wont have to redraw the same idea again
